This August, we are particpating in Black Philanthropy Month by setting a goal of receiving 828 donations of $25.00 or more for 8/28 Give Day. Give 8/28 is more than a giving day. It is a national movement that recognizes the power of collective generosity and the critical role Black-led organizations play in helping communities thrive. By giving, sharing, and showing up, supporters provide the resources, visibility, and momentum needed to sustain and amplify their impact.

#Give828 began in 2018 with a vision from YBGB Institute founder, Ebonie Johnson Cooper, to have a giving day dedicted to Black, grassroots nonprofits.
